2022 Museum Gala Day

The Busselton Historical Society is hosting its annual open day at the Museum which will celebrate the Dairy Industry in the Busselton area on Sunday 2nd October 2022. Entry to the Museum will be half price and will include entry to the studios of the Woodturners and Pottery Club. During the day there will be demonstrations of milking, butter making, milk separating, small engines, blacksmithing, rope making, damper making, woodturning, pottery, spinning, knitting and weaving. You may find a long lost treasure at the Museum Surplus sale whilst tapping your toe to an old favourite from the Busselton Brass band. If you get hungry there will Devonshire teas, a sausage sizzle and Simmos Icecreams or you can buy a cake from the cake stall. Come along and enjoy the activities and exhibits at the Old Butter Factory on the banks of the Vasse River. Plenty of parking available.
